Return Process

  Pack the Merchandise

  Place the items back into their original shoebox or packaging and secure them in a shipping container, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached.

  Drop Off or Collection

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a home collection via our portal.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to ensure they are in resaleable condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
